The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania offers a unique opportunity for businesses (and qualified individuals) in the state of Pennsylvania to reduce tax liability by contributing to registered scholarship organizations such as the Pen Ryn School.

  • What Is EITC?

    The Educational Improvement Tax Credit (EITC) Program offers businesses and individuals a tax credit for donating to scholarship organizations and private schools like The Pen Ryn School.
  • Who can participate?

    Businesses or individuals with a PA tax liability
  • Why should I participate?

    • Win-win situation!
    • Have a say in where your tax dollars go.
    • Receive a 90% tax credit
    • Provide scholarships to Pen Ryn students.
  • Can I pay a pledge in installments?

    Yes. Indicate on your return giving envelope your pledge total and a payment schedule that meets your specific needs. You will have until June 30th of the current school year to complete your pledge. Any monies receive after that time will be credited to the following year's Annual Giving Fund Drive.
  • Is our gift tax-deductible?

    Yes! all contributions to the school are fully tax-deductible according to IRS regulations. We are a not-for-profit 501(c)3 corporation.
