Governance

The Pen Ryn School, considered one of the best private schools in Pennsylvania, is governed by an exceptionally dedicated Board of Trustees. These men and women provide the strategic direction and fiduciary leadership that keep the school’s mission vibrant and strong.

What truly sets our board apart is their deep, personal connection to Pen Ryn. Many are former students, current or past parents, or longstanding community partners — each invested not only in the traditions and values that have shaped Pen Ryn for decades, but also in guiding the school thoughtfully into the future. Their commitment ensures that every decision is made with an understanding of what makes Pen Ryn special, and a vision for sustaining its excellence for generations to come.

The Pen Ryn School is proudly sponsored by The Christ Episcopal Church in Bensalem, whose partnership has supported our community and mission since our founding. While we value this historic relationship, Pen Ryn is a non-denominational school and does not provide religious instruction. Families of all backgrounds are warmly welcomed, and our shared values focus on respect, character, and community.
