Our Annual Auction Dinner will be held at Trenton Country Club on Saturday, March 24th 2012 6-11pm. The first Committee meeting will be in late September. Join the auction team and help us decide what the theme will be for one of our biggest events! Please email me or call if you interested in becoming a committee member.
"The Sweet Life"
Acquisitions Committee - This committee is responsible for calling our parents that have businesses and soliciting a gift from them. All Pen Ryn families are the acquisition committee. They will each receive a packet with the information needed to obtain donations.
Catalog Committee - This committee will coordinate the printing and mailing of the invitations. Organize the catalog and put it together.
Event and Basket Committee - This committee will plan and execute decorating theme. Organize and decorate baskets , set-up all silent, basket and live Items, place bid sheets with each item.
Class Project Committee - This committee will organize the making of the classroom projects with the help of the teachers. Enlist the help of a creative class volunteer to help with project ideas and completion.
Cashier Committee - This committee will run the checkout at the auction.
Champagne and Diamonds Committee – This committee will organize and wrap all gifts with tickets. Sell champagne glasses at the event.
Raffle Committee - This committee will coordinate calling of families in each grade to solicit tickets. Distribute tickets to families monitor sales.
Standard Chair of Gardner has donated a child's rocking chair engraved with The Pen Ryn School crest to the auction.
