PreK
Pre-Kindergarten

For more than 65 years Pen Ryn has maintained a standard of excellence in Nursery through 8th Grade. The Pen Ryn School now offers a flexible Pre-K program for children who are 4 and 5 years old. Parents can choose 3, 4 or 5 full or half days.

Our goal is to prepare each child for a successful transition to Kindergarten in a caring, warm and safe school environment, and to provide a sense of personal well-being by cooperative play and a rich variety of learning experiences. The Pre-K teachers and the assistant teacher are experienced professionals in the field of early childhood education. They consider each child as an important individual. Pen Ryn will be a place for your child to explore, experiment and ask questions.

We provide stimulating activities which will enable your child to grow developmentally, academically and socially. To enhance their experience, Pen Ryn Pre-K will include field trips, music, art, physical education, library, computers and Spanish.
